All new returns have to be submitted via your Account https://islee.com.my/member-login/orders/.
Find the order you would like to return and click “RETURN ITEM” to proceed accordingly.

Exchange

If you are unhappy with the product, you’re more than welcome to make an exchange within 15 days at any of our ISLEE stores. You may exchange to another colour, size or item:

Exchange to lower value item – No refunds or reimbursements will be made.

Exchange to higher value item – A top up is required.

Please note; we can only accept returns according to our return / exchange policy. All exchange can only be done in stores. If you wish to return the item and get refund in store credit, please submit the request online.

Return / Exchange Policy

You have (15 working days) to return items from the date you received it.

ISLEE provide returns for all items (except Sale Items / Discounted Items / or any other purchases by using promo codes). Returns can only be made one time per purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing (with tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges / Refunds will be declined for those products which do not meet all the mentioned conditions. Items that has changed color as it’s already been soaked are strictly non-refundable or exchange.

Your returned item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You may reprint it under your Account if you do not keep a copy or lost.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The process normally takes 2-3 working days. All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined or forfeited, no refunds or exchange will be given.

The item is on your own responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we need it for reference.

ISLEE reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns will be sent back individually.

Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter than the photos uploaded on Website or Social Media Platforms.

Please take note that a processing fee of RM5 (West Malaysia) / RM7 (East Malaysia) will be deducted from the refund credits. If your refund is approved, we will email your credit points within 2-3 working days. You may use the credit points in your next purchase. There is no expiry date for the points credited.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
